Frequently Asked Questions

General Product Information

What materials do you use for your wall art? We specialize in premium, frameless wall art using three high-quality materials:

• Acrylic: Offers a high-gloss, glass-like finish with incredible depth and vibrant colors.

• MDF Wood: Provides a natural, sturdy, and organic feel with a beautiful matte finish.

• Forex: A lightweight, moisture-resistant, and versatile PVC board perfect for modern, minimalist displays.

Are your products framed? No. We believe in a sleek, modern aesthetic, which is why all our pieces are exclusively frameless. Our art is designed to stand alone, allowing the textures of the Acrylic, Wood, and Forex to be the focal point without the distraction of a border.

How do the pieces hang without a frame? Each piece comes with a hidden mounting system on the back. This creates a "floating" effect off the wall, maintaining the clean lines and contemporary look of the frameless design.

Ordering & Customization

Can I order a custom size or my own image? Absolutely! We love creating bespoke pieces. Whether you want your favorite photo on Acrylic or a custom design on MDF, please contact us at support@wallartdecor.ae for a quote.

Where is your art manufactured? All our wall art is proudly designed and produced right here in the United Arab Emirates, ensuring the highest quality control and fast delivery to your doorstep.

Care & Maintenance

How do I clean my frameless art?

• Acrylic: Use a soft micro-fiber cloth and a gentle, non-abrasive cleaner (avoid ammonia-based products like Windex).

• MDF Wood & Forex: A simple dry or slightly damp soft cloth is all you need to remove dust.

Is the art suitable for humid environments (like bathrooms)? Our Forex and Acrylic options are highly resistant to moisture and are excellent choices for well-ventilated bathrooms or kitchen areas. We recommend keeping MDF Wood in dry living or office spaces.

Shipping & Returns

Do you ship across the UAE? Yes! We offer fast and secure shipping to all Emirates, including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, and beyond.

How long will it take to receive my order? Since each piece is made to order, production typically takes 3–5 business days, followed by 1–2 days for delivery.

What happens if my art arrives damaged? We take great care in packaging our frameless pieces to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. However, if your order is damaged during transit, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and the product, and we will arrange a replacement.
